Automation
The automation family brings together the elements AKIM METAL designs for fixtures and machine automation: two- and three-finger grippers with T-slot guidance, Ball-Lok, collet and hydraulic chucks, pneumatic and hydraulic clamps and vises, twelve-station rotary tables, HSK-A50 and ER16 machining units, a servo press and a Cartesian injection robot for 80–120 ton machines. Moving axes run on SMB servo motors and drives; each product's bilingual product sheet can be downloaded from its page.
