A published flex life

For moving applications the bend radius is published as 10-14.5 times the cable diameter and the flex life as 5-10 million double strokes. A drag-chain design rests on the published figure rather than an assumption.

A hybrid cross-section for brake motors

One or two shielded signal pairs run alongside the four power cores in the same jacket, so the brake and thermal lines need no second cable. Eight standard lengths are published between 1 m and 20 m.
